INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Let's Make Room For Your Crown!
What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy is a mental health and human services profession that combines artmaking, the creative process, applied psychological theory, and a psychotherapeutic relationship between client and therapist to help improve the quality of life and overall wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities.
Art therapists help facilitate opportunities that will foster self-esteem and self-awareness, promote insight, increase cognition, enhance coping and social skills, resolve internal and interpersonal conflict, and advance social change. Sessions are tailored to the needs of each individual or group and address various challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, traumatic events, and body image. Individuals can look forward to creative processes that include painting, collage, drawing, found object sculpting, mask making, and more.

Crown
Are you high functioning and driven? You've done deep healing work and are committed to progress. Maybe you are wanting to add a new way of imagining all the work you have done so far. We will work to use the art process to consider who you fluence and where your purpose is needed. Make Room for your Crown!
Though the thought of art may be intimidating for some, art therapy illuminates the power of the process over the product.

Has your narrative become more about what happened to you than what's right with you? Life is filled with detours, and maybe it's time to accept the reality of duality. Give yourself grace and know that all parts of your story can still lead to the life you desire for yourself.
